- Free delivery on all UK orders.
- EU/International orders are subject to a delivery charge of £25.00.
- Sample rings are subject to a delivery charge of £15.00, which includes insured returns delivery and packaging.
- All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail's Next Day Special Delivery Service.
- The approximate manufacture time for each ring is indicated on every product page.
- We will email you with order updates and notify you when your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 2 days of dispatch notification, please contact us on 0121 794 7385 or email [email protected].
- Mainland UK customers should receive their order within 1 day of the dispatch notice. Other UK areas should expect delivery within 2–4 working days.
- EU/International orders are fully insured and take on average 3 working days to arrive.
Express Manufacture
With certain rings it is possible to manufacture them more quickly if you have a tight deadline. Please contact us if you require a ring sooner than the timescale shown on the product page and we will get back to you with the available options.
Cancellations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order at any time within seven working days of receiving your goods — at Wedding-Rings.co.uk we also offer a 14-day money back guarantee. Should you cancel, we will refund the price paid for the goods (excluding delivery charges for EU/International orders). Returns delivery is payable by you and goods remain your responsibility until received by us. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note: All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to ensure safe transit. Handle wedding rings with care and store only in the case provided. We cannot accept return enquiries for personalised items or special orders.
How to return an item:
- Contact customer services at [email protected] or call 0121 794 7385 with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- Place all original contents (excluding your invoice) into the postal box, along with a note of your details.
- Returns delivery is at your own cost and responsibility — we recommend using an insured delivery service.
- Returned items must reach Wedding-Rings.co.uk (Hathaway Styles Ltd) within 14 days of receipt.
- Please allow up to 15 working days after we receive your return for the refund to be credited to your Debit/Credit card.
