Sampling Service

When you begin your search for the perfect wedding ring it is unlikely that you will know that exact style, width or depth of a ring that you’re after. Alternatively you might like to see how the ring looks in the flesh, before you commit to buying. So to make the selection process easier for you we offer a sampling service which is available on most of our rings.

1: - We charge you a deposit (fully refundable) for every ring that you would like to sample. The deposit amount is dependent on ring type, as shown below:

- Titanium/Zirconium £50.00
- Black Zirconium £50.00
- Inlaid £50.00
- Diamond Set £50.00
- Machined Finish £50.00
- Gold/White Gold £10.00
- Palladium £10.00
- Platinum £10.00

PLEASE NOTE: Our precious metal rings (e.g. platinum) will be sent out in a silver equivalent, and our modern metal rings (e.g. titanium) will be sent out as a like for like ring. Diamond set sample rings will be sent with diamond substitutes, and inlaid sample rings will be sent with plated metal inlays rather than solid.

2: - We charge you a non-returnable delivery charge of £15.00 which includes fully insured returns delivery.

3: - We will send you the sample rings within 1 week.

4: - You must return the sample rings within 7 days.

5: - We will refund your deposit once we have received the rings back. (Subject to our sample service terms and conditions)

Any ring(s) borrowed through the sampling service must be returned to Wedding-Rings.co.uk trading as Hathaway Styles Ltd in the same condition as they were sent out in. Sample rings must be returned within seven days, unless otherwise agreed to: (Wedding-Rings.co.uk), Hathaway Styles Ltd, 35 Frederick Street, Birmingham, B1 3HH.

Failure to return the sample rings on time or provide a valid Royal Mail tracking number will result in us invoicing you for the full value of the ring(s) less the deposit paid by you.

Any ring(s) that are not returned in the same condition as they were sent out in will result in us invoicing you for a re-finishing charge, or in extreme cases for the full value of the ring(s) less the deposit paid by you.

Returning an Item:-

1. Place all of the original contents into the postal box supplied.

2. Place the postal box into the pre-paid returns sleeve.

3. Hand over the package at an appropriate Post Office and take your receipt.

4. Please allow up to 5 working days after Wedding-Rings.co.uk trading as Hathaway Styles Ltd have received the sample rings for your deposit to be refunded to your Debit/Credit card.
