Profile Guide

The profile or shape of a wedding ring is determined by the cross section shape of the strip of metal used to form the ring. Because we hand make and design our own wedding rings we have our own unique shapes such as the modern court, as well as offering the popular classics.

Classic Slight Court

A classic slight court is slightly curved on both the inside and outside of the ring. This is a very popular style of ring both with men and women, and it's a comfortable ring to wear just weighing slightly less than a classic court.

Classic Court

A classic court is sumptuously curved on the inside and outside of the ring with rounded edges to finish it off. You can really feel the weight and luxurious shape of the classic court.

Extra Heavy Court

The extra heavy court an absolutely no expense spared premium shape, far heavier than most other heavy courts that are available. The shape is similar to a classic court but heavier and even more luxurious.

Modern Court

The modern court shape is curved on the inside for a comfortable fit and the outside top has a slight curve to it. The edges of the ring are deeper than on a classic court resulting in a sleek and modern looking ring.

Extra Heavy Modern Court

The extra heavy modern court is a very substantial yet still retains a certain sleekness. The shape is similar to a modern court but heavier and more luxurious.

Classic D

The classic D is curved on the outside of the ring and flat on the inside. The D shape is a traditional shape that matches up very well with most ladies engagement rings.

Classic Flat

The classic flat is flat on all areas. The shape is flat on the inside, flat on the outside and flat on the edges resulting in a clean and modern looking ring which is popular with both men and women.

Flat Comfort Fit

The flat comfort fit has a comfy curved interior but with a modern flat top and sides. It looks similar to classic flat but ultimately is thicker and weighs more due to the curved interior.

Extra Heavy Flat Comfort Fit

The extra heavy flat comfort fit uses a very generous amount of metal and has a really chunky modern feel to it. It's a very luxurious shape which we commonly use for our men's diamond rings as its deep profile allows for large diamonds to be flush set.
